Policies

Shipping and handling:  We will do our best to deliver your package in the most timely and cost effective manner using Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.  Under normal conditions, your package will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours from the time we receive your order.  Shipping charges will be calculated and included in your confirmation email.

Substitutions:  We reserve the right, if necessary because of availability, to substitute any item with another of equal or greater value.

Privacy Statement:  We respect your privacy.  No customer information shall be shared with or sold to any outside companies.  Any personal information requested is for the sole purpose of processing the sales transaction.

Guarantee:  If, at any time, there is a problem with any of the contents of a basket, please call us and we will make every effort to remedy the situation.
